Short Biography
Haitham Y. Adarbah, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Texas A&M University–Kingsville (TAMUK). He received his Ph.D. in Wireless Networks from De Montfort University, United Kingdom, in 2015, following an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Amman Arab University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. Before joining TAMUK as an Assistant Professor in 2025, he served as an adjunct faculty member and postdoctoral researcher at TAMUK and as a postdoctoral researcher at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. His research spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, multimodal sensing and predictive analytics, federated and edge intelligence, Internet of Things, cybersecurity, autonomous vehicular systems, and wireless networks. His recent work includes research on federated learning and trustworthy edge intelligence, AI-driven multimodal health-monitoring systems, secure wireless and IoT infrastructures, and digital-twin-enabled Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) networks.
